THE CHALLENGE
GreaterSkies is a digital platform dedicated to creating maps of the sky in poster format as seen from a specific time and place to make a special and unique gift. The hard part was trying to find a hybrid style between astronomy (something scientific) and memories (something very emotional).

PROPOSAL 1
The idea of using calligraphy was meant to express the human contribution to the product. To keep it elegant I decide to use a black and white plain text with no other element around to avoid visual noise and have a “straight to the point” effect.
PROPOSAL 2
We extract the warmer colours from the paintings so that the brand is easily recognizable among the classic colours used for the commission. On the other hand, using typography with serif gives elegance and warmth to the brand. And here we go!
